Job Description

Globfield is looking for National or Regional Experts to contribute to the evaluation by providing country-specific insights and thematic expertise. These professionals will support field data collection, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the evaluation is well aligned with local governance and displacement contexts.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in durable solutions for displacement, policy development, and local governance.
• Strong experience in public-private partnerships, SME finance, and municipal infrastructure investment.
• Knowledge of local government revenue mobilization strategies.
Required Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Required Languages: English; additional local languages as relevant to assigned country
