Globfield seeks a highly skilled Evaluation Team Leader to comprehensively evaluate the Financing Durable Solutions for Forcibly Displaced People (FDS) initiative. This role will oversee the evaluation process, applying rigorous methodologies and ensuring ethical standards. The Team Leader will provide strategic guidance, coordinate stakeholders, and report on findings to support evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international development evaluations.
• Expertise in mixed-method evaluation approaches (quantitative and qualitative).
• Strong background in durable solutions for displacements and inclusion of forcibly displaced persons (FDPs).
• Experience in local government finance and public financial management systems.
• Ability to integrate gender equality and human rights-based approaches into evaluations. Required Education:
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in International Development, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
