Gender Equality Expert

Job Description

Globfield is looking for a Gender Equality Expert to ensure that gender-sensitive methodologies and human rights-based approaches are integrated into the evaluation framework. The expert will assess the project’s impact on gender equity and social inclusion across key intervention areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gender analysis and program evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of gender-disaggregated data methodologies and impact assessments.
• Experience in gender-sensitive programming for displacement contexts.
Required Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
Required Languages: English
